I offer interactive online therapy sessions for children ages 12 and up.
Weekly therapy sessions can support children who are experiencing social or behavioral difficulties at home or school. Therapy provides a safe, judgment-free space for children to explore their emotions, process trauma, and develop coping skills.
In online sessions, children are asked to participate in engaging activities that incorporate creativity and communication skills. Participating in these activities can enhance a child's self-esteem and ability to self-advocate.
I see children dealing with a variety of challenges. Common areas of focus include Autism, ADHD, oppositional defiance disorder, and issues with focus and communication at school.
Other common reasons why children come to therapy are trauma, grief, bullying, and navigating changing families due to divorce and separation.
